Refund Policy
At FR Services LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver the highest quality of service every time. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following policy:
1. Re-Clean Guarantee
• If any part of the service does not meet your expectations, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
• We will schedule a re-clean of the unsatisfactory areas at no additional cost.
• Re-cleans must be scheduled within 5 business days of the original service date.
2. Refund Policy
• Because we provide time and labor-based services, refunds are generally not offered.
• In rare cases where a re-clean is not possible or does not resolve the concern, partial or full refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of FR Services LLC.
3. Conditions & Exclusions
• The refund/re-clean guarantee does not cover circumstances beyond our control (e.g., permanent stains, pre-existing damage, excessive clutter).
• Customers must provide access to the property at the scheduled re-clean time.
• Missed or denied access appointments may forfeit eligibility for a re-clean or refund.
